When you are selling a small house, is it worth to hire a professional real estate photographer? Of course! Small house means crowded space. A high-quality camera and a wide angle lens allows the photographer to capture more.

When agents or home owners taking their own photos, without professional equipment, they tend to make the rooms look really dark which leave a negative impression in the buyer’s mind.
Other simple things that make a big difference are leaving doors shut, preventing buyers from seeing how the space flows together, not turning lights on, not opening blinds or curtains to maximize natural light, and taking photos of unattractive areas of the house like a small, crowded laundry room or the garage.
